Zuum, came to be because of engineers and product managers who were customer obsessed. Some say a good trait, we say a necessasity.

While most others sell diversity, headcounts, delivery centers, processes and talent all we possess is one thing in common, the belief that listening to the customers needs and constantly improving their experience surpasses all other priorities.

Where we are

We are headquartered at Vancouver, BC in Canada and have teams placed in our regional offices in Toronto (Canada), Kingston (Jamaica), Bangalore (India), Jakarta (Indonesia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). With 2 more offices in the EU and South America starting soon.

We currently have over 80 engineers working 5 timezone shifts delivering excellence to our client-partners in 7 countries including startups, corporates, banks, government departments and political organizations.
